Invitation to Join the Editorial Board of Tourism Analysis

Dear TALS Community,

We are excited to extend a call for new members to join the editorial board of Tourism Analysis, a leading journal dedicated to advancing the field of tourism studies. We invite applications from both emerging and experienced scholars who are passionate about tourism research. In anticipation of significant growth in our editorial board, we particularly encourage applications from individuals who have previously contributed as reviewers for Tourism Analysis.

About the journal: Tourism Analysis is an interdisciplinary journal with a rich history of contributing to the understanding and development of tourism as a critical area of study. Established in
1996, the journal has consistently published high-quality, peer-reviewed research, playing a pivotal role in shaping tourism scholarship and practice.

Why Join Our Editorial Board? Being a member of the editorial board of Tourism Analysis offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of tourism research and contribute to the development of the field.

Expectations from Editorial Board Members:

  • Actively contribute to the peer review process by
    reviewing 4 papers per year.
  • Promote Tourism Analysis within your network and at
    academic conferences.
  • Encourage submissions from colleagues and peers.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the journal.
  • Membership tenure is typically for a term of two years,
    with the possibility of renewal.
